Съгласен съм, че трябва да преследват кракерите.  В по-малка степен разпространителите. Да ми влезнат вкъщи докато сийдвам, например или поне да докажат с логове, че разпространявам нелегално защитена информация. Това е начина. Да,ама полицията знае, че торентите са масово явление и това е все едно да преследваш вицовете срещу Живков едно време.

Затова атакуват чрез средата - интернет провайдърите и тракерите в частност. България никога не е преставала да бъде полицейска държава. Просто в последните 15г. органите добродушно правят частен бизнес и не ползват правомощията си.  Вижда се какво могат да направят ако искат да го ползват. Струва си всички да се замислят над това.

В тази връзка предполагам законът за защита на авторското право и свързаните с него статии в НПК са леко противоконституционни, но за
щастие на естаблишмънта обикновените граждани не могат да сезират КС.

А законодателната и изпълнителната власт е ясно какво мислят.

Ако имаш 2 диска няма да имашп такъв проблем.

Имам USB ТВ тунер. Под Уиндоус работи, но с драйвери на производителя, а такива за Линукс няма.

Убунтото го разпознава като usb устройство и толкова.
Как да направя така, че да го ползвам като ТВ карта ?

версията ми на Убунту е 6.06

Хора помощ. Нещо Алса ми се повреди. Вместо звук ми вади шумотевица (Whtie sound) и нищо друго.

Кaртата ми е Creative audigy.
