2. Това са моите правила в /etc/apache2/apache2.conf . Пейстни ги да видиш дали ще се оправи проблема (според мен е незачитане на AllowOverride All някъде). (пак през конзолата, някъде по средата {преди инклуда на вхостовете})

Намери същия ред за /var/www в конфигурацията на апачето и го промени.

Не забравяй да рестартираш после.

а mod_rewrite имаш ли?

И я махни ifmodule и двете секции да видим какво ще стане?

Ако имаш предвид това..  в .htaccess изтрих   <IfModule mod_rewrite.c>  и затварящият  таг  </IfModule>

Общо взето това съм  направил и не мога да разбера къде се объркват нещата     поставям  файла .htaccess във директорията /var/www/forum    и се бъгват нещата трия го и се оправят..

под  debian jessie  всичките тези  неща  трябва да се инсталират  по отделно, както се казва  трябва да се чете и да се подкарва всичко по отделно.. лично за мен  си е  досадно и бавничко,  при php5 всичко  бачка  без проблеми  както се казва не се налага да се подкарва по отделно всяка една програма.
 Та като премина от Ubuntu 14.04.4 LTS на 16..  дали ще се наложи да се стартират  всички процеси по отделено съответно и да се инсталират..  :?
