Ако знаех точно защо го прави този проблем флаша.
Ефектът става, като последвам някой линк (но не всеки). Ако отворя линка с десен бутон и в нов прозорец или таб, то няма проблем. Колкото и пъти да стартирам браузъра, той ще крашва на едни и същи линкове.

Отварям си документ през Konqueror и след това имам стартирани процесите: soffice и soffice.bin.
Отварям още един документ през Konqueror и се стартират още една двойка процеси: soffice и soffice.bin. Това не се случва, ако отворя документа през File-->Open (на офиса) !!!
Втората двойка процеси се прекратява веднага след като се зареди документа.

Още нещо: нов сплаш не се показва.

Не те разбрах много добре. На какво предлагаш да правя линк?

Първо дръпнах програмата от официалния сайт и като се опитах да я инсталирам ми изписа, че ми трябва по-нова версия от 2.2. за glibc, а аз съм с 2.3. Плейъра го инсталирах от пакет свален от linuxpackages.net.
Проблема може да е  някъде в glibc....

За стъпките - това имах и аз предвид. Целта е как да се пропусне 2рата стъпка, когато има стртиран офис. Направо да се зарежда документа в отворената вече програма. Нова програма да не се стартира - това искам. '>

Може ли да помоля Агента да премести темата  в секцията за напреднали? Може би там ще получа решение на проблема  '>

При Slackware не е нужно толкова РАМ  
А и не виждам защо РАМ паметта да има значение при положение, че ако отварям докумен друг през заредения вече ОпънОфис нямам проблем със забавяне и такива

Извинявам се, че бях нервен малко.

А защо при мен нещата не седят така. Има чувствително забавяне.
Без значение дали през Konqueror или конзола. oooqs не оказва значение '>.

Aбе хора защо отговаряте без да четете внимателно какво се пита?

Направете си следния експеримент. Заредете OpenOffice writer. Отворете някой документ през меню file-->open. A сега отворете друг документ през файловия мениджър. Да усещате разлика? Ако и през файловия мениджър файла се отваря в същата секунда, то ми кажете какво да правя

ПРОЧЕТЕТЕ ПЪРВИЯТ МИ ПОСТ ВНИМАТЕЛНО, А НЕ ОТГОРЕ ОТГОРЕ!!!

Отварям документ в OpenOffice през Konqueror. Програмата се стартира бавно (разбираемо естествено). През ОпънОфис като дам да се отвори друг документ, той се отваря мигновенно, но ако го отворя през KOnqueror има чакане (около 15 сек.). Сигурно се стартира нова сесия на офиса. Как да се направи така, че като се отваря документ през Konqueror, той да се отваря във вече съществуващата сесия на офиса (стига да има такава '> ). Рових се в настройките на офиса, но нищо не намерих
