The Xogito Group is currently recruiting an experienced person to join our growing Software Development Team at the position of:


FULL STACK DEVELOPER


Purpose of the Role
The key objective of the position for a Full Stack Developer is to design, build and deliver high quality software products from scratch. The Full Stack Developer is expected to drive the full software development life cycle in adherence to best practices with genuine interest in latest software technologies. 
Duties & Responsibilities
•   Understanding customer and business needs and assist in product definition
•   Design product architecture and advice on best technology solutions implementation
•   Lead and take decision on client-side and server-side development
•   Works closely with QA team members in testing phase
•   Collaborate with Tech Ops team on deployment and implementation
•   Participate in all Agile/SCRUM activities

Required Experience & Knowledge
Essential
•   10+ years web development experience (front-end, middle tier and back-end
•    5+ years of experience in all phases of  SDLC
•   Top-notch programming skills with Node.js, Express
•   A proven record of writing clean, compliable JavaScript, HTML and CSS code
•   Prior experience with Angular JS
•   Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
•   Experience with Scrum
Desirable
•   Client-facing experience
•   Experience in building apps from scratch, especially for tablets and mobile devices
•   Recognize the importance of writing documentation and willing to do it

Skills & Attributes
•   Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•   Self-motivated, self-driven persona with excellent time management skills
•   Ability to work independently and under minimum supervision
•   Team up with the professionals in multicultural virtual work environment

Required Education & Qualifications
•   Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must
•   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related degree
•   Any relevant certificates would be considered a plus
