Здравейте колеги,имам следния проблем.Не мога да си актуализирам системата,излезе ми червен триъгълник с удивителна.Ето какво ми изписва:

Е то си пише -

W: Failed to fetch http://repo.mate-desktop.org/archive/1.8/ubuntu/dists/trusty/main/binary-amd64/Packages  404  Not Found

Това означава, че не може да намери репото за Mate десктопа. Имаш два варианта:

1. Отваряш "Software and Updates" отиваш на Other Software махаш отметката или директно триеш това репо което пише, че не е намерено. Или го триеш ръчно от /etc/apt/sources.list 
Така обаче няма да получаваш ъпдейти за Mate.

2. Намираш си кое новото репо за Mate ако искаш ъпдейти, триеш старото като в т.1 и добавяш новото.

и инфо (рекламно ) http://www.geekssharingspace.org/2014/08/mate-181-desktop-ppa-officially.html
