BULWORK™ FIRST IT/ ITES Recruitment Agency in Bulgaria is looking to recruit for one of its clients - a Leader in Delivery and Customer Service Area. For their office in Sofia the company wants to attract:


1ST LINE TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALISTS WITH FRENCH LANGUAGE


Your main responsibilities will include:

* Handling/Answering customer requests through calls/e-mails/voice mails
* Incident Management of all reported issues
* Providing basic troubleshooting for customers in the following area: Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office 2003 / 2007, networking etc.



Main Requirements:

* Very good command of THE FOLLOWING LANGUAGES:

FRENCH
ENGLISH

* Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook) and Windows operating systems
* Very good knowledge in networking and hardware
* Some experience in support center will be a great plus
* Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science or related will be an advantage.
