При актуализиране apt-get, показва, че всички пакети вече са инсталирани.
Какво да правя?

"всички пакети вече са инсталирани" означава, че са инсталирани всички възможни достъпни пакети за дистрибуцията или нещо друго?

Написано ти е какво да направиш:

Please install the package with full kernel sources for your distribution
or use --with-kernel=dir option to specify another directory with kernel
sources (default is /lib/modules/3.8.0-33-generic/build).
