NETWORK ENGINEERS WITH ITALIAN LANGUAGE

Your main responsibilities:
- To ensure and facilitate the delivery of responsive and reliable technical solutions and information to targeted customers
- Accept and resolve cases as appropriate for individual skill level
- Meet service delivery guidelines within the principles of the customer focused culture.

Requirements:
- Solid interpersonal skills who can build and maintain an effective customer relationships
- Ability of identifying and resolving problems and matching the appropriate solutions

Knowledge of:
- Networking technologies including wireless, routers, switches etc.
- Various network communication protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, SMTP, SIP
- LAN/WAN support, VoIP support and IP networking
as well as
- VERY GOOD COMMAND OF ITALIAN language.
