First line TECHNICAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS  WITH ITALIAN LANGUAGE


Your responsibilities will be:

• Assist customers with installation / reinstallation of company’s products when required
•Understanding the concepts of infection, identifying and removing the infection in customers’ software
• Provide customers with product and service information through phone, email & chat interaction
• Provide assistance with regard to customer service issues like Renewing / refunding the product
• Transfer customer calls / Chats to appropriate department if required

Main requirements:
• Very good command of THE FOLLOWING LANGUAGES:

ITALIAN
ENGLISH
•Some experience in installation and support of Operating Systems like MS Windows 98/ ME/ XP/ 2000/ Vista
•Deep knowledge of browsers (MS Internet Explorer or equivalent)
•Good knowledge of hardware (modems, printers etc)
•Ability to communicate with people and solving their problems
•Some experience in service sector or in support center will be great plus
•Bachelor or Master Degree in Informatics/ Telecommunications/Computer Science will be advantage
