Можеш да опиташ и от synaptic package manager-а да поправиш повредени пакети(edit->Fix broken packages) и в "Settings-Preferences-General" да поставиш отметка върху "Consider recommended packages as dependencies". След това потвърждаваш и рефрешваш.
