Following the rapid development of its content management product SiteKreator.com, NetClime, Inc. is looking for computer literates with excellent English to join the Customer Support team in its Sofia office.

The position involves working on 2 shifts, from 6 am to 2pm and from 2 pm to 10 pm.

Responsibilities:
• Handle customer phone calls for US-based and BG-based customers
• Answer support forum and support mails as soon as new inquires are posted
• Provide life chat support
• Open tickets with user-reported issues, report ticket status on a daily basis
• Provide regular management reporting on all support activities
• Strive to delight customers, above and beyond the call of duty
• Help with the pre-sales support
• Monitor system status and alert in case of anomalies
• Perform user-perspective testing on new features and fixes

Requirements:
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and in speech
• Computer literacy – MS Office, working in Internet
• Pleasant, friendly manner of speaking
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Prioritizing and time management skills
• Previous experience on a helpdesk-related position will be a plus
