а какво разправя xvinfo

btw Xorg -configure не замества оригиналния файл в /etc/X11/xorg.conf .. или поне на моята дистрибуция не го прави ..

Пусни top в конзола, за да видиш кой процес харчи процесорното време. Те са сортирани низходящо по лошавина, тъй че гледай най-горните. След като го(ги) идентифицираш, му направи nice 19, стига да не е X-сървъра или плеъра. Ако това оправи нещата и въпросният процес е важен, можеш после експериментално да му намалиш добрината, докато постигнеш правилния компромис.

На мен информацията от xvinfo не ми говори нищо, тъй че там не мога да ти помогна.

Най - накрая всичко се оправи...    Ъпгрейднах Кубунтото от 8.10 с новото 9.04 и всичко заспа перфектно, филмите вървят перфектно, не забиват, няма никакви проблеми поне засега...
Засега съм доста доволен от новата версия, но времето ще покаже...
Благодаря на всички които се опитаха да ми помогнат...

Този проблем го имам и аз, на по-новите дистрота върви добре, мисля че драйвърите за тия Intel Mobile/Xpress карти са доста бъгави. С мен решението беше подобно, смених дистрото.
