I have tried with a brand new hdd and the pc works perfectly well.
I have tried different sata ports and no luck , motherboard seems to be working.

I have replaced my sata cable but ...there is no difference , i still have got the same error.
I run the pc without the hdd plugged in and it boots perfectly well.
But i got an error while my pc was booting usb flash drive /4gb/ load my live-cd linux system . The error was "input/ output error " . I got the same error "input/output error" when i was trying to copy some files from my hdd to my usb.
Sometimes hdd error messages are endless and the system doesnt even boot to the log in screen. This forced me to check the hdd drive with external cd. I did a short test - a SMART test ...the results , i have done probably 10 tests and every time the bad block sectors are increasing and i got failed status on SPIN UP TIme. On first test drive overall test was PASSED, on 10th test drive STATUS was FAILED.
