GERMAN SPEAKING PROFESSIONALS


Responsibilities:

As a customer care professional you will be a troubleshooter, providing help to Company’s international customers in German. Your tasks will comprise one or more of the following:

- Communication with international customers in German, in order to provide 1st or 2nd level support
- Servicing incoming customer tickets, e-mails and telephone inquiries related to Company’s products
- Qualifying, identifying and analyzing customers problems
- Solving the problems or dispatching tickets to the relevant department
- Understanding and delivering service as required by predetermined service levels
- Guide customers in the use of software applications
- Answering technical questions, follow-up on logs, as required
- Cooperation with internal IT experts in Germany and Bulgaria
- Administration related to statistics and databases
- Keeping customers informed of case status
- Maintain awareness of new products and services
- Reviewing customer identification documents and verifying customer accounts
- Reporting system bugs and general problems experienced by customers to other departments
- Providing internal and external reports


Requirements

- Excellent command of German (written and spoken) is a must
- Computer literacy, eagerness in learning IT technologies
- Knowledge about Operating Systems, communication protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP)
 and databases (MS SQL and Oracle)
- Ability to communicate in a friendly and efficient way (both verbal and written) with international customers with different backgrounds
- Strong logical reasoning skills with an analytical approach
- Readiness to work in shifts, or in night-shifts, or part-time
- Willingness to travel for short periods of time throughout Europe
- Previous experience in a similar position will be an advantage
– University degree in Informatics or related is an advantage
