Our client is a vibrant, forward-thinking software development company aimed at offering exciting and innovative Wi-Fi based asset visibility solutions. For their Sofia-based operations, we are currently looking for a talented individual for the role of:

TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

As a Technical Support Engineer you will be providing support and guidance to clients in company products usability, functioning and maintenance . You will be the first point of contact and opinion maker on technical features, problems and functionalities of the company products. You will also take active part in analyzing, troubleshooting and testing of customer configurations. The position is a great opportunity for people application support experience and excellent communication style to come on the stage of multinational software development and support.

Your background:

• Technical degree in the IT field
• Good knowledge in Unix/Linux based OS
• Very good knowledge in Oracle/MS SQL Server databases – queries and reports
• Previous experience in Application Server support (JBoss) and J2EE web applications support will be a plus
• CISCO certificate will be a great advantage
• Excellent customer communication skills are required
• Fluency in English
