Здравейте искам да  питам  каква е  причината на  абсолютно нова инсталация на  ubuntu server  при   sudo apt-get update   да дава следната грешка....

Вчера имах същия проблем слагах убунту сървър на един лаптоп, проблема се оказа че се получава понеже бях забравил да конфигурирам мрежата.
Сигурен ли си, че машината има интернет, можеш ли да пингнеш гугъл?

Ubuntu 14.10 е с поддръжка от 9 месеца. Парадокса е, че хранилищата на Ubuntu 10.04 още са активни и с ядро от допълнително хранилище или ръчна инсталация може да изкара до неопределено време.

Благодарение на колегата  cybercop    проблема е решен  така че  не сваляйте  версии които завършват на .10  защото  нямат   удължен срок на поддръжка.

Още при инсталацията    версиите които  завършваха на 10 малко или много даваха  дефект по една  идли друга причина

То по тая логика и някои от звършващите на ".04" пак ще дадат дефект (аз си харесах 13.04).
