И така.
Пак съм аз и пак със странен проблем:

ОС: Slacware upgraded to 13.1

Какъв ми е проблема:
След рестарт машината работи точно 15 минути (не е предположение, защото на няколко пъти следях с htop) и после изчезва ...

Махнал съм всички скриптове от /etc/rc.d освен тези от които имам нужда. Махнах и опцията в /etc/rc.d/rc.M за спиране на монитора на 15 минути ...

Нямам cron jobs ...

Давайте идеи ...

Как провери, че нямаш cron jobs? Трябва да видиш има ли нещо във файловете в папките /var/spool/cron/crontabs и /etc/cron.* (това са няколко папки). Не е задължително ти да си сложил някоя cron задача, която може да създава проблем, или може да си забравил.
А имаш ли някакъв power manager, който хипотетично може да създава проблем, тъй като също е с таймер, така че да отговаря на условието "точно 15 минути"? В това число включвам и screensaver-а.

Останаха много малко активни неща ...

Чудя се дали да не затрия udev и hald, но не знам как ще се отрази на другите неща ...

Останаха много малко активни неща ...

Чудя се дали да не затрия udev и hald, но не знам как ще се отрази на другите неща ...

Ако си решил да стоиш на конзола затрий HAL ако си решил и дистрибуция да нямаш затрий и udev :)

Пусни в един терминал

1-2 минути преди да забие и виж дали няма се види нещо от ядрото.

Ако е спрян Х-а пак ли забива на 15-тата мин.?

Тия чекинги дистанционно няма как да станат като хората. Трябва машината да е в ръцете ти, и да пипаш ти по дъното, по чипсета, вентилаторите да гледаш как охлаждат, захранването как е, и т.н. А мемори теста пак трябва да си там, за да го запуснеш и да го следиш дали ти вади грешки. Тъй на 500 километра няма как да стане. Ами кой ти го ресетва като блокира ?
