IT EVENT MANAGER


Main responsibilities:

- Migrate the customer's event management and performance data collection
- Compose work processes from event processes
- Configure severity mapping algorithms and mechanisms
- Troubleshoot event redirection problems
- Develop flexible and smart solutions in order to answer the customer's needs
- Team lead and deliver project tasks
- Report project task status


Requirements:

- 3+ years of commercial experience in IT
- Previous experience in Event Management Systems
- University degree in Computer Science, Informatics or related
- Experience in ITIL Configuration & Event Management
- Advanced knowledge in English language (both written and verbal)
- Ability to prioritise and delegate tasks
- Excellent communication skills
