The position involves working on 2 shifts, from 6 am to 2pm and from 2 pm to 10 pm. Responsibilities: • Handle customer phone calls for US-based and BG-based customers • Answer support forum and support mails as soon as new inquires are posted • Provide life chat support • Open tickets with user-reported issues, report ticket status on a daily basis • Provide regular management reporting on all support activities • Strive to delight customers, above and beyond the call of duty • Help with the pre-sales support • Monitor system status and alert in case of anomalies • Perform user-perspective testing on new features and fixes Requirements: • Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and in speech • Computer literacy – MS Office, working in Internet • Pleasant, friendly manner of speaking • Excellent problem-solving skills • Prioritizing and time management skills • Previous experience on a helpdesk-related position will be a plus The company offers: • 1 month on-the-job training • Competitive remuneration package and bonus system • Corporate transport and food • Annual medical package • Regular company social events • Incentives for long-term relationship Please apply at jobs.netclime.com |
