Designers need imaginative flair, awareness of current fashions in the visual arts, precise understanding of project goals and time limits. General tasks include graphics and design layouts for the web, print materials and other projects as required. Presented with a design brief, the designer should think creatively and innovate to produce a competitive and visually enticing design. S/he must adhere to the company's branding guidelines and produce polished work that meets highest standards of quality. Work is conducted under supervision from a Senior Graphic Designer and Project Managers.
