When I run
root@darkstar:~# slackpkg upgrade-all

You need the GPG key of Slackware Linux Project <security@slackware.com>.
To download and install that key, run:

        # slackpkg update gpg

You can disable GPG checking, too. But it isn't a good idea.
To disable GPG, edit slackpkg.conf and add one line with NOGPG=1.
You can see an example in slackpkg.conf.new.

so  I run
root@darkstar:~# slackpkg update gpg

After that I  Run it  yet again
#slackpkg upgrade-all

What Can I do ?
I use slackpkg many times but today it was unsuccessfully because of GPG

Според мене направо си сложи swaret(мисля че тя е по добра).

#swaret --update

#swaret --upgrade

                 

Man take a look here: swaret
and then here: Kswaret (optional if you use KDE graphic manager)
