Първо опитах с gnomebaker, но там не стана и реших да инсталирам k3b...на диска е записвано ubuntu под windows

Не знам кой пакет точно се води, но съм го инсталирал чрез sudo apt-get install k3b. Ако може да ми кажеш как да проверя кой пакет точно съм инсталирал ще го направя

по-скоро виж, кое точно ти е устройството...

виж и да не би случайно да го бърка някъв automount...

Този диск за който правих тази тема си го erase-нах под Windows безпроблемно, но сега искам да запиша тук един друг диск и отново ми дава проблеми при erase-а> давам Blank CD-RW на writer си задавам записвачката и просто натискам start, но изходът е следният:

Какво е това ф и ти ми каза да видя кое ми е устройството еми да преди да пусна erase-а виждам кое е устройството и избирам правилното!Ако говориш за нещо друго ми кажи и би ли ми обяснил как така да го бърка някакъв automount?

пробвай и със другите target-и, които изнамери...

да имам /dev/hdc, но когато се опитвам да го отворя ми изписва "„/dev/hdc“ не може да бъде зареден."

k3b-то го махнах, защото вчера форматирах и инсталирах наново и сега имам само Gnomebaker. Изходът от cdrecord -blank -dev=/dev/hdc е

е без минусите ма то тва го пише във man cdrecord де

dmesg | grep ^hd #така ще разбереш, кое ти е CD-тo
Слагаш диск, праскаш umount на CD-то и пишеш
cdrecord -dev=ATA: -scanbus
Ако искаш да триеш използваш
cdrecord blank=full dev=/dev/hdX #hdX ти е CD-то

А не трябва ли в такъв случай да е :

cdrecord blank=full dev=0,1,0

?

според зависи...
1,0,1 е изрично scsi, и libschily-то си търси едни работи, дето може и без тях .....

абе важното е да тръгне, пък как точно ще се окаже device-то е второстепенен въпрос...

В последно време имам проблем със cdrecord, който се състои в това, че не ми лови правилно cd-то. Във fstab-а всичко си е ОК, но scanbus-a дава грешно у-во. Другият феномен е, че ако сложиш диск и пуснеш scanbus, системата изплюва грешка, че у-вото се ползва, а ако демонираш cd-то всичко е ОК. Тръгнеш ли да записваш и ползваш ли информацията от scanbus, се връщаш към грешката с device is busy. Начина по който се справям е директно да давам кое ми е у-вото, т.е. dev=/dev/hdd в моя случай, като преди това съм го демонтирал.

@july e в твоя случай би трябвало да ако правилно си пейстнал
но не разбрах това от менюала ли го пействаш или е резултатът
от scanbus ?!

А мога да правя записи с к3b !!! Доста странно ...

Просто последната версия е чук!

Я сега демонтирай у-вото и пробвай пак, след това пробвай с
cdrecord -dev=/dev/hdX -scanbus

да изхода от мойто е...
0,1,0 е ако се специфицира транспорта, аз го ползвам като /dev/hdb обаче...

ATA, го видях като възможен транспорт от само cdrecord -scanbus

@july това ми стана ясно идеята беше че при мен не сработваше
cdrecord -scanbus

А м/у другото никой не се сети толкова време да накара този който е пуснал темата да покаже /etc/fstab

ами при тебе се зори да докопа scsi, и libschily-то в този случай търси /dev/pg нещо си... ако му направиш този device (man mknod, lianna.org или на ядрото документацията) ще тръгне...

Хора вие тук изписахте един куп чудесии, които за мен са повече от нови и неразбираеми...не може ли (изпразването)записването на един диск да става просто с инсталация на програма за тази цел, която в случая е gnomebaker и натискане на няколко прости бутона? Да кажете нещо да не съм монтирал както трябва мисля, че не е така, защото всичко си е направено само при самата инсталация на ОС - целия хардуер, който използвам е бил наличен и по време на инсталацията! Между другото на този диск му пуснах full erase под windows и се издъни, но quick erase-а стана безпроблемо и после под linux си записах каквото ми трябва

евентуално трябва да се настрои малко преди това, после става само с натискане на бутони (и остава така )

не е като програмата да не ти поддържа устройството

Е добре, а защо тогава имаше толкова пробелми с един прост erase?! диска си го записах както се казва като пич и без никакви проблеми даже и без да бъзикам опциите само си нагласих скоростта и това беше

ами общо взето всичките записващи програми са frontend на cdrecord...

за различините неща, го викат по различни алгоритми (включително и failback), т.е. толерират понякога леко недонастройване...
