Титла: Проблем с десктоп ефектите при suse 10

Здравейте.Имам малък проблем,за който се надявам вие да ми помогнете.Когато се опитам да си стартирам ефектите на дектопа ми излиза следното нещо:

Дали има решение?

Кажи марка и модел на видео картата ти и покажи съдържанието на файла /etc/X11/xorg.conf

отвори конзолата и напиши:

после напиши пак в конзолата

ASRock видео? Или вероятно става дума за вградена видео карта в дъното, на която обаче ни интересува какъв е чипа, а не името на производителя. Отвори конзолата, изпълни командата lspci, копирай и постави тук това, което ще се изпише в конзолата в следствие на изпълнението на командата.
Съдържанието на xorg.conf можеш да го вземеш като отвориш файловия мениджър, отидеш до папка /etc/X11, отвориш файла xorg.conf, копираш цялото съдържание и го поставяш тук ;)

картата му е sis660 (поне така пише в двете снимки дето е дал) и мисля че не се поддържа(xgl)

При изписване на командата lspci ми изписва:

Видеоефектите може да се пуснат само с видеокарти Nvidia, Ati и Intel. Производителят на Sis не са си направили труда да напишат драйвери за 3Д ускорение за Линукс. Сори.

и аз имам подобен проблем,  в убунто 7.1 не се активират 3д ефектите а в сусе 10.3 при опит да си поиграя със скринсейвърите сусето ме "изхвърля" в велцоме-скреен.. и лог наново всеки път....хорг.цонф убунто:

Виж тук  какво е мнението за такъв вид писане.

Така ти не си споменал дали си инсталирал драивер за Nvidia от хранилището на дистрибуцията си.

Да предположим, че си ги инсталирал

в секцията модуле, това "nv" ме изненадва щото оня ден го редактирах на "nevidia"


това, ако найстина си го редактирал на nevidia няма как да стане.

Трябва да редактираш и 'nv' на 'nvidia' в тази секция
