Здравейте от скоро имам Линукс и доста се зарибих, обаче имам малак проблем.
С Ubuntu 7.10 + Beryl , когато си пусна Beryl се чупят обвивките на прозорците Тук
същото се получава и когато Visual Effects са на Extra .
Ето и как изглеждат в нормално състояние (когато Visual Effects са различни от Extra) Тук .

Аз незнам защо, но си мисля че това което ти пускаш всъщност е compiz, а не beryl...!? И като си почнал да питаш дай малко повече инфо примерно каква ти е видео картата и т.н.

, compiz не можах да го подкарам и го премахнах през пакетния менажер , след което си добавих репозиторито на Beryl в /etc/apt/source.list и го исталнах през пакетния менажер . Драйвери не съм инсталирал просто казах на убунтуто за ползва драйвер за i810 .

С интелски карти е много голям проблем 3д десктопа.

По принцип го дават да работи с driver intel и AIGLX, но дефакто не винаги подпалва.

btw Както ти казаха Берил отдавна е замръзен проект с липса на поддръжка. Ориентирай се към компиз фужън и AIGLX...Да не би да си с xgl server..попрочети малко по-въпроса. Питай gentoo wiki, official compiz fusion documentation..Все ше излезе нещо. Чети само офицялни източници, а не тук там какво падне.

Благодаря ви приятели , подкарах компиз, до тук доста добре се получава . Схванах идеята , ще си поиграя и ако се получи добре ще кача някой друг шот в галерийта .

Обаче 3Д-то не работи както и куба всичко останало бачка перфектно сега чета как да подкарам AIGLX, за да мога да използвам всички екстри .
Иначе си инсталирах compiz, compizconfig-settings-manager и emerald .
