FIRST LINE TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST WITH GREEK LANGUAGE Main responsibilities: * Handling/Answering customer requests through calls/e-mails/voice mails * Incident Management of all reported issues * Providing basic troubleshooting for customers in the following area: Hardware, Windows Operating System etc. Main Requirements: * Very good command of THE FOLLOWING LANGUAGES: GREEK ENGLISH * Fundamental knowledge in hardware – assembling and maintenance * Some experience in support center will be a great plus * Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science or related will be an advantage.
