problemat mi e v compilatora naistina nqmam predstava kakvo mu e purvo se opitah da go preinstalliram spravih se no resultata be6e nulev  sled tova preinstallirah napravo celiq linux (znam 4e tova se pravi samo v hyper spe6en slu4ai no bqh ot4aqn) resultata otnovo be6e nulev problema vuznikva pri opita da installiram nqkoi programi edna ot koito e grafi4niq vyqchat

Ами ти си написал какво ти трябва:

aRts library (http://www.arts-project.org/)
Когато се снабдиш с тези библиотеки ще си компилираш всичко.
А както става ясно от листинга не се компилира защото не открива един от файловете с дефинициите. Най-вероятно част от пакета libsndfile.

Това говори ясно за себе си Там пише 3.х което включва и твоята версия 3.1. Не знам защо реши, че трябва да пробваш с всичко.
