Въпрос: как да разбера кои ppa (repositories) не ми работят, че когато се опитвам да си Ъпдейтвам системата -

1. да ми зарежда наличните ъпдейти и
2. да не ми се показва червения триъгълник...

Ъпдетвам принципно а след това всеки път пише, че системата не е ъпдейтвана от 16 дена (тогава последно правех успшен ъпдейт и след това започна да излиза триъгълника)...

Когато дадеш
sudo apt-get update в конзолата ще ти излезе съобщение кои не работят.
В случай, че хранилищата са си наред напиши
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
за пълно надграждане на системата.

Ето ги и хранилища които трябва да разкараш.

Направи следното
Отвори файловият мениджър като администратор като натиснеш Alt+F2 и напишеш gksu nautilus
Отиди във "файлова система">>etc>>apt
Отвори sources.list с текстови редактор и копирай тази листа на мястото на съществуващата

Запази промените и затвори файла.
След това направо изтрий файла sources.list.save да не те обърква.
Отвори с текстови редактор sources.list.d  и изтрий всички ppa без това на google-chrome. Трябва да е само едно хранилище на google. Ако има генериран файл coogle-chrome.save изтрий и него.
Запази промените и затвори както файла, така и файловият браузър.
Пусни в конзолата
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
и си готов.

Нямах проблеми. Сега разбирам и защо не съм могъл да ъпдейтвам, заради тези ppa(s), които съм инсталирал като допълнителни, а те не се поддържат от главните сървари.. :)

Случи ми се нещо странно след sudo apt-get dist-upgrade.
Инсталираха се ffmpeg codecs за Chromium и ми се бъгна началаната страница на iGoogle. някой неща седят като скрииншот, други линкове работят....калкулатора например не работи...

Може би нещо чупи javascript-а в страницата. Цъкни десен бутон някъде из страницата на iGoogle, избери "Проверка на елемента" (превеждай си, ако не си на български; опцията е най-отдолу в списъка) и виж в долния десен ъгъл на отворилото се прозорче дали има някакви числа с червено кръгче или жълто триъгълниче пред тях. Ако има, цъкни върху тях, за да видиш какви са грешките и предупрежденията.

Да, за това говоря, но това предупреждение едва ли има нещо общо с проблема ти. За съжаление, единственото, към което се сещам да те упътя, е да пробваш да нагласиш iGoogle в друг браузър по същия начин, както под Chrome, и да видиш дали пак ще се прояви проблемът, и на база този резултат да видим ще ни хрумне ли нещо.
Между другото, ако не си забелязал, iGoogle спира да съществува от 01.11.2013 (това е една от разработките на Google, която не показа достатъчна необходимост да съществува; ще бъдат спрени и други), та аз на твое място бих оползотворил това време да си намеря алтернатива (било друг сайт с подобна функционалност, било десктоп приложения, било сам да си направя страничка с подобни джаджи), вместо да боря нещо, което така или иначе скоро няма да съществува. Твърде вероятно е проблемът да е в самия iGoogle или някоя от джаджите му, но никой вече няма да се заеме с оправянето му, и борбата ти в този случай би била само загуба на време.
