Имаш два варианта: 1. Отваряш "Software and Updates" отиваш на Other Software махаш отметката или директно триеш това репо което пише, че не е намерено. Или го триеш ръчно от /etc/apt/sources.list Така обаче няма да получаваш ъпдейти за Mate. 2. Намираш си кое новото репо за Mate ако искаш ъпдейти, триеш старото като в т.1 и добавяш новото.
