The Network & Hardware Support technician will monitor and resolve hardware, software and network problems related to the development and testing environment in the company. S/he will be expected to provide technical assistance to all department members by identifying and trouble-shooting desktop issues, installing new software, selecting, assembling and testing hardware, providing technical support in various system and network administration projects.
