проверяваш дали си инсталирал 'binutils' ;if YES  проверяваш къде се намира ld и след това го сверяваш с резултата от $PATH; ако има разминаване ... както пишат Cisco в Student Lab Manual : troubleshoоt if necessity '>... че то точно това и ти пише де ... аз само да помогна с превода

смени sh ./configure --with-kde
на   sh ./configre --with-x и тогава пак ще си говорим '>

постановката е следната:
даден е 1МВ канал закачен към един Дебиан; на втората ЛАН карта е закачена вътрешната мрежа с около 400 работни станции
Задача: да се направи шейпинг на узерите от локаната мрежа като на всеки независимо кога се закачи да може да ползва не повече от 128КВ от целият капацитет
като допълнително изискване да може евентуално да се адд-ват други(допълнително включени в мрежата) юзери и някакъв елементарен мониторинг в/у тях.
P.S. squid не щат да се ползва защото нямало кой да обикаля да пренастройва клиентските машини да ползват прокси

Зна че има доста изписано по темата, но просто ми трябва да го направя бързо (за вчера да е готово '>) и да тръгне пък после ще да се модифицира и усъвършенства.

горният месидж ми го дава като "отговор" на
apt-get -s -f remove kontact-plugins
apt-get -f install kontact-plugins
apt-get -f -s remove kdeaddons
Това което ме съветваше apt го направих първо; без реален ефкет. Не ми се вярва  kontact-plugins да е от някой от другите клонове на дистрибуцията и да ги нямам в sources.list-а защото всичко тук съм инсталирал от този sources.list

dpkg --configure -a отговаря с ...

След apt-get -f install проблемът си остава
и това съобщение ми присъства про всеки опит за инсталиране на някоя програма (дори и при apt-get remove kde* или apt-get install --reinstall kde )
Ще съм благодарен ако някой да даде идеи как да се справя с този проблем.
